Using a heat delicate tape, seal all the parts back in place. There will be manual that you can follow. Study where the connections fit together and hold them tied.
Put the steps back in reverse by taking off the tools and install the new sensor in the engine. Use a clockwise direction when you screw them back into place. A wrench can put the socket back in. Check the sensor if it is put back in its place.
Plug your connections back on. Turn the ignition without starting the car. A diagnostic scanner should be used to clear the written code on the computer from your vehicle. If it is free, begin and start the engine. At this point, it will be back to normal function.
