Put in the mid tone colors. Start from the darks then to the lighter ones. As you do this, you will be able to see the planes of its face starting to take its shape. Lips are of skin tone colors so remember that they are not always red. Paint light colors afterward.
To make it simple, google up this topic and see the products lined up on the sides as soon as the search results show up. You will see luminous dye or car liquid ceramic. Or just click on the links found in there and stare at all the products they have. Hell, look up some tips if it is even okay to dye over rust. While that could hide the rust from view, will it even stay decent?
That thing is ridiculous. But what do you expect from a movie that is all about royalty and magic? Do you think they have paint lying around there?
