In 1966, this automobile classy interior made it even more demanded in USA and its sales increased from the previous one million to excess of thirteen million. This sales record is the biggest sale ever recorded in history of automobile. The record of million plus units sold in U. S has to date never been broken by any other model.
This sporty model featured grained leather upholstery which with it had individual back seat and a locking chamber inside a center console.
